I have a vinyl covered 80's mtb saddle with a tear at the back, I'd like to repair the damage as best I can.
Ive already googled this and found lots of discussions about recovering saddles completely, but I want to keep the original covering and just repair the rip pictured below.
Is there a "kit" that will glue, fill, and colour in the damage? Maybe something normally used for vehicle upholstery etc?

I repaired a Flite with a tear using a Leather repair compound and then a dye from "The Scratch Doctor" I'm pretty sure they sell on Ebay but their number is 0151 4804640.
