Someone was wishing for this the other day:
Image

From STW:
Specialized are reissuing the original Stumpjumper too, complete with the original angles and a special plaque to commemorate the 25th year of the Stumpy. The limited edition bike has a nearly identical frame to the old, original bike, complete with chopper-relaxed angles. The bullmoose bars look authentic and the skinwall Ground Control tyres look great. There are even foam grips and four finger brake levers. Rather bizarrely it has XO shifters, which seem a little out of place. With the old school, crazy relaxed angles that it has, it's not like you're going to be that interested in cycling performance over looks. Some Paul's Components mounts with thumbies might have been better...

Are they bringing back proper Ground controls too?

There would surely be demand for them, from an army of retro bike owners

I suppose the thing that needs to be commented on is that with X0s fitted this one will be priced well into the thousands....
