Hii guys I hate doing bottom bracket with me they either come out or are welded in
Can anyone help get it out and replace it as there's soo much play In it,
I am in Kidsgrove Stoke on trent can pay in parts or beer cash

m8 threaded bar in the bb and then tighten the remover using some big washers and matching nut. ive done this a couple of time and its worked rather well, saves the tool slipping out. and get a ruddy big bar on it ;)

go see a man in a bike shop with the proper tools and a proper stand / bench.

I have only had to do it once myself. managed it myself dozens of times but that once it took a real jobbie and i could not shift it.
I'd rather pay someone a tenner to do the job than knacker the frame!

can you get fluid to the threads? eg is there a cable guide under the bb shell, unscrew it and is there a hole through the bb shell. or through the seat tube, is it open? (hard to see but torch and much peeking might tell you).

If so you could try loading it up with wd40 or that unsieze stuff, see if you can penetrate(ahem) the threads a bit. if its been untouched for many years it might not make a difference, but should do no harm anyway and might just make the difference
