Ringle Ti-Stix (3 holed) - lever question?

Were the levers on the Ti-Stix version always with the extra cut out on the underside to reduce weight? Or were there earlier Ti-Stix versions with the same levers as the steel Cam-Twist version?

Recently picked up a Ti-Stix seat binder, but it didn't have the cut out on the underside of the lever. Assumed before I purchased it did, so disappointed at this as I wanted to match the Ti-Stix wheel QRs. Want to make sure I didn't get a Cam-Twist version with the steel rod swapped out for titanium.

Re:

I've got at least 2 seat binders with ti rods that aren't cut out like the wheel types. They appear to be identical to the pre ti stix steel type.
