95 and 96 Cinder Cones are 27.0mm for sure. It's stamped on the original Race Light seat post.
I think i recall reading on here that some early '90s Kona's had 26.something posts but can't confirm, as i never owned one.
I wouldn't order three sizes Colin, keep up the research you'll almost certainly get a reliable answer on here or via web searches.
