Only by replacing the rim! Must have been weak or you hit something hard, can't say I've ever seen a rim go like that.

Gaffer tape. You can even get it in silver to match the rim, it will be all but invisible.

Get a for sale ad up for a nos 231 rim. Bobs your uncle.

Shoddy workmanship....

What to replace with? XM717, XM719? And buy 2 rims and re lace the front while I'm at it, can't have mismatched rims..

I picked up a zaskar a while back that had a rim like that.

Saw a guy get speared in the calf by a piece coming off his rear rim like that.

Makes me very nervous when rims get near to that point!

Is this repairable.....?!
