John Olsen designed Montagna? What frame is this?

Just picked this up today. Can you guess what it is?

First hint: seat stay pump tip braze-on

Edit: ok, so I started to scour the web for info on this frame. All i can find are 2 other threads on other websites with people asking for info on Montagnas, but no answers.

Anyone?

Note his location

Frame dates at around 1986 with that pump mount

U-brake is in an unusual position for North America but could be an English frame abroad?

No correct guesses so far. However, yes, that is a u-brake on the seat stay.

I will post another picture tonight when I get home.
