guys I have a front wheel with a knackered ceramic rim, Its sppoked in a really nice snowflake pattern that Id like to keep, so is it possible to just change the rim?

Re:

Just tape your new rim to the old rim in exactly the same configuration. Slacken all the spokes off then transfer each spoke into place on the new rim.

When you say knackered ceramic, if it is simply that the ceramic is flaking like snakeskin then carry on riding - it will simply become a normal aluminium braking surface.

I don't think I'd be reusing the same spokes to rebuild the wheel though, especially after they'd been twisted together, plus the new rim might need slightly different length spokes.
But as mentioned already, you could just keep riding on the rim as the coating eventually wears off.
