Help identifying frame

I recently purchased this frame as it looked like a nice one and for a silly money, but as it is resprayed i have a hard time identifying it. I didn't laid my hands on the frame yet so for now i only have these pictures. I would appreciate any help.

Yes probably '95 onward. I think that there is no a canti cable hanger on the rear, and it looks like there are 2 straight seatstays bridges, Ritchey dropouts and Tange prestige tubing (ovalized seat tube at bb joint) rocky mountain lookalike geometry (ss-st-tt joint)....

That double seat stay bridge is quite distinctive, that should help, although I have no idea what it is and a google image search didn't turn up anything.

Looks nice though. :D
