Is this an S Works?

I bought this bike as parts donor for a project, the photos were vague so didn't see the S Works logo on it. Is this an S Works? I looked it up on internet and some say the S in the serial number indicates always S Works and some say Stumpies can have the S as well.
The decals are under the clear paint on the bare alloy, is this original?
Sorry for the noob questions but I never was very into the later Specis.

Yep, the S-works ones always came with the Titanium kickstand.

You have a good eye for a great frame under all that nasty garbage - especially that boat-anchor of a chainset.

I bought one from Ebay for £8.99 once :D

Re:

Haha yeah the kickstand made the deal.
It has M950 brakes and rear mech, King headset, Syncros stem and Sid.
All in pretty good shape.
And so it seems a nice frame.
But is the paint original? All I can find are red ones.
The owner bought the frame and built it up with this strange mix of parts, so couldn't tell.

Does the S not just stand for Specialized?
I have seen 100% non S works frames with an S in the serial after the year.
