Help me I.D. My Titanium Cantilever Mtb frame

rramm1969

Retro Newbie
I picked this frame up last week and have no clue what make model or anything.
Has the noodles around the seat tube. The seat tube has a weld around the circumference just below the top tube. The rear dropouts are a bit jenky looking. The welds are ... so so.
No serial numbers to be found.
takes a 1 1/8 headset.
I will take more pics later but, I am baffled.

Can't help I'm afraid but the seat tube weld and rear mech cae guides should help as they are unusual, at least in my eyes.

It's a diamond frame. This is a cantilever frame.

okay, that confused me for a bit. yes you are "technically" correct in your correction. but i'm sure the OP was referring to the fact it takes cantilever "brakes", which is also what i was assuming he was referring to. not the physical frame design itself.

In engineering terms, that merlin is not a cantilever frame either; Just a common name for that style of bike.

to OP; Nice frame, sorry I can't help with it's ID.
