Show us your 29ers, modern and retromod 29ers!

I'm thinking of up/downgrading to a modern 29er, so I need to find some inspiration :facepalm:

Just recently picked up a pair of 29ers for my wife and I. 1995 Stumpy and '97 Hardrock AX were beginning to suffer from the rigors of regular riding, and the parts aren't getting easier to come by, so we've retired them to occasional outings.

Replacing them as our regular whips are a pair of NOS Specialized bikes... For me, a 2011 Stumpjumper Comp, and for her, a 2014 Jett Expert.

So far, they've been very enjoyable bikes, and noticeably more capable than the rigs they replace. The Stumpy's weight is very close to my old M2's, but with 2x the travel. The Jett is a pound or 2 lighter than the old Hardrock.

Here's mine, not been ridden since last Autumn as the retro's have taken over

It is a fantastic bike though, can't knock it's design and ability.

I was a "26" wheels till I die" kind of guy, right up to the first time I tried a funny wagon wheeled bike.... Now I'm completely sold, I love it!
