seatpost shim question

Hi

I have a NOS xlite seatpost 26.4 size but the frame i have just got takes a 27.2 size i have been looking around but cannot seem to find a shim that will fit i really want to use the post does anyone know if / where i can get one?

If all else fails you could get one of these to convert a 27.2 to a 28 and with a little fettling I think it would work.
