They look like Ringle but the fully threaded bar is confusing me.

They're OMAS, Italian copies. The end caps are slightly different shape to Ringles. I've got some new ones in the box in blue.

Yes, they are 100% Ringle. OMAS have multiple differences to these.

Omas ? Here I've never seen a set with fully threaded axles
