BMW driver swerves & tries to push cyclist over

While driving in the opposite direction, the BMW driver seems to go out of his way to swerve towards the cyclist so he can lean out his car window and attempt to push the cyclist off his bike. Happened in Horfield, UK (I'm not sure where that is)

A yob like that deserves to be prosecuted for assault and taken off the road. It's not just dangerous driving, but the use of the arm to push him makes it a deliberate attempt to cause injury.

Great evidence should make this clear cut.

IF the police can be bothered. No-one hurt so they can ignore it and do paperwork instead.

May be it's a generalisation but a certain mindset do seem to drive those badges/types of cars – I've lost count of the close calls I've had with them.
