Are these wheels any good?

I have one Ritchey Rock 395E Rear on a Phil Woods hub (for mountain cycles pro-stop disc) and one Ritchey 415E on a beautiful but unknown campy hub.
Labels on the rims claim hand-built and there is no wear at all on the rims or disc!

Are these any good and what is the difference between the two?
I know nothing about Ritchey wheels.

Cheers!

rims are okay, some more specific info here http://www.bikepro.com/products/rims/ritch.html
I never found ritchey rims to be as durable as mavic, tho to be fair thats going back a bit!

Phil Wood did a mt cycle specific disk hub? pretty cool hub then! I'm vaguely looking for a pair of 36H phil woods, but even the real narrow spacing rear hubs make surprisingly big ££!

Thanks for the info and link scant. Seem like well built wheels so I'll trust 'em! (would have preferred some nice NOS mavic rims though)

Cheers :D
