Once that collectability/nostalgia thing sets in to a persons heart, you've had it!
bikes by the ferry load are imprisoned and only released to the nearest (very local) dry trail once a year to be photographed like a van dyke masterpiece.
Allow me to rebel.
Both these bikes that i'm fond of, get the most use of all (only have 3 bikes actually) the palisades is one of the cleanest in the country but i give it a thorough beating (this year!) and enjoy them for their intended purpose. mud, filth, dog poo, the lot! it just washes off you know
