Don't think they are BMX as they don't have the freewheel.
The inside of the cog is threaded.

Looks like it could be a spacer, single-speed gear and lockring for a screw-on freewheel hub.
 
It's hard to judge the diameters from your picture, but probably a track sprocket and lockring, plus a (freewheel / bottom bracket / Sturmey Archer) spacer.

Is the lockring left-hand threaded?
