I have a 97 Z1 with the odd caliper spacing,I want to fit a modern caliper,are the adaptors still available?

I worked with another forumember (name ampb17? or something like that) to produce an adapter.

I have drawing but would need permission to post since i did not draw it plus there may be a more recent version.

I would love a drawing of just the fork side mounting standard if anyone has it, as I'll job it off to my mate to make a rear adaptor for my STS-DH which has the same stupid 'Formula Standard' mount for the rear brake.
