Does anyone know if you can buy them, as one of the ones in my recently removed BB (pictured) has semi-disintegrated :facepalm:

Alas no. Apart from very early BBs (pre cartridge days) Shimano never intended their BBs to be user serviceable, they were fit, forget then replace.
If very lucky you might be able to cannibalise parts from an other Shimano BB, or even pick up some bits for a Raceface Taperlock which *might* work.

There is a slim chance shimano used a shaft seal, if you can measure it, then take a look here.

Anyway in short
This is pre cartridge UN bottom brackets so is serviceable.
Pop the seal our
Measure axle and inner cup hole
Check for any details on the seal
Measure and take pictures and send off the bearing people or look online.
I've not got one so cannot look.
