My Saracen Kili-Flyer is too big for me and I have been offered something I want and something needs to go. Anyone got any ideas of what i should be asking for the fully restored 1987 Kili in my sig? It has only been ridden once since resto and will be finished with gil_m repro decals. It has a slight chip to the powder coat on the stem but other than that is perfect with good condition used or refurbed components.
Full details in the build thread linked in my sig.

Hi Carl.

There was an original 95 that didn't go well for £150, viewtopic.php?f=2&t=268154&p=2011502&hilit=kili#p2011502 He seemed to buy it for even less £110

Given the nice paint and new parts probably 170-200 at a guess based on me hawking ebay and here for years but larger size might not be so desirable. Would make more selling individually in parts but that's no fun. Would make you an offer if I could!

Cheers

It is slightly different than pictured with Deore thumbies and Sugino triple chainset...

Was thinking around £250 plus postage? Am not totally 100% on selling. The Overbury's left a big hole but I can always look at the pictures.

OK, I guess I was hoping for a fair bit more as the refurb has cost me more but I might stick up an ad testing the water.

Its quite difficult to tell. I've seen a fair few take a while to move at £100-150, but they have always been in a much worse state. I would start a lot higher, obviously, and test the water.

Good luck with the sale.

I'd would have guessed £300 posted, so about what you have said.

Cheers. I'm getting itchy for something different again. Dangerous times to be a bike in my shed!

Any ideas what my 1997 P7 is worth? I think it's a 17" but not sure.

I should have the original angry Orange seat in a box though I don't recall seeing the original bars recently. I've had it from new and whilst I used it a fair bit in the first year or so hardly at all since. I never could get on with the geometry of the frame and always felt too far over the bars with back stretched.

Don't fetch much and that's a really cheap cranksrt and Seatpost. £35-50.
