hiya, this is just a tinny bit too big for me, so it's out.

It's a grey coloured Kona AA in easton Elite tubing, centre to top it's a 20"
there's an xtr bb in at the minute
the condition is excellent, very few chips and a tiny bit of rub on the 1 1/8th headtube.

So....what do y'all think i should ask for it?

Cannondale Delta V 1994 - full post here: http://www.retrobike.co.uk/forum/viewto ... 317#912317 in the wrong place obviously, sorry about that! Any advice appreciated. No idea if it's worth £50 or £500 so any advice appreciated...

Frame: metallic green Cannondale Delta V from 1994 (I think) - paint is fading slightly. Some chips. Slight dent in rear right chainstay.
Forks: metallic green pepperoni
Suspension: elastomer Headshok with lockout - feels relatively smooth and has about 30mm of effective travel. As far as I know it's still on the original elastomer and damper.
Stem: no make, 100mm, 25 degree rise 1.5 inch
Bars: Woodman Wide n Wilde XC
Brake levers: Avid Speed Dial 5
Shifters: Deore XT
Brakes: Avid Single Digit 7
Wheels: xtr hubs, mavic X517 rims, continental city contact tyres, qr skewers
Chainset: 3 ring Deore XT
Front shifter: Deore LX
Rear Shifter: Deore XT
Rear sprocket: 8 speed. sprocket and chain were replaced at the last service (approx 4 months ago)
BB: unknown
Seat post: no make alu-look alloy
Seat: Nisene sport
1 x bottle cage
no pedals
no grips
This has been a fantastic bike and it's taken nearly £2k's worth of bike to make me move (Cannondale Carbon Synapse 105 flat bar with lots of aftermarket carbon bits). I'd take other bikes out - ie new Bad Boy, Trek District etc and get back on this and think that this was better so no point changing. It's been a fast, reliable commuter. The brakes are fantastic, the gears never need adjusting, it all just works. I've had mudguards, lights and a thudbuster seat post on it - it's also been very comfy.

Hi

I have to sell my husband's Mountain Cycle Shockwave and San Andreas
downhill bikes.
Not sure what year they are from, maybe mid 90's?
He has owned them both from new and they haven't been used that much - I think he fell in love with the style!
Not used for about 10 years, stored in a dry garage.
Frames are in still very strong - no cracks etc. Tyres are definitely shot but I'm not sure about everything else - it all worked when last used!
I have no idea what they are worth - any suggestions would be useful.

Here are some photos of the San Andreas:

Yeah they are beautiful looking bikes. We don't want to sell them but we haven't got the room.
I just think it's a shame they're not getting used.
