hi iv been offered a kona cove or thats what he has said he thinks its about a 1990-2000 and he says its titaniam hes sent me pics but it looks like theres twisted lines round the top bar has anyone info as dont want to buy somthing not right as iv just done this with a orange frame

sounds a bit iffy smiffy ,
kona and cove are two different brands,
there is no such thing as a kona cove or at least i have never heard of it.
might be an early cove hummer, but never heard of the ridged tubes in ti.
is it the right colour for ti? has he done the magnet test.
post a pic up of the frame and they will identify it for you
