I have been searching the net to figure out of there would be an aluminium version of the freewheel body for the super duper eight hub. It appears that there should be an extra light version out there... But I cant find any information on how it is lighter than the normal hub... could it be the freewheel body?

Reason I ask is that I want to make a sublime wheelset for my Klein road bike. I work on a set of ti-stix Ringlé hubs (internal same as super duper eight) and have had special carbon rims made up. It could however be fun to dry to drop the steel body for an alu version... So any info if there would be a historic correct alu body out there OR if some of the newer Sun-Ringle bodies could fit.

Cheers, Jakob
