How about a genuine DIY Homebuild renovatiion or restoration Special?

No buy a tatty frame send it out for paint then assemble with NOS parts!

How about only open to bikes that have attended a Retrobike National event?

I like the idea, as it would mean the bike had to have been ridden, but it would also exclude everyone who has not had the chance to attend a National ride.
