Polishing Aluminium

Has anyone found a way to polish the welds for the cable runs? If you look at the pic, the tube is okay and progressing well, but I cannot get to the small welds.

trevor - if you don't mind cheating you can get to these with a dremel either with a tapered polishing buff or a well worn circular one.

it tends to wear them out double quick but it's an answer.

Terrific finish BTW

Get in there with a fluffy mop fitted to a drill. Gets like this after a few wiggles ..

just leave it....no one will see that. eyes are drawn to the shine....and, well....it is shiny!!!

I thought this but had another thought straight after.. 'But I can see it and MY eye will be drawn to it'.

Did my RTS with fine steel wool and some good alloy polish like autosol or autoglym came up a treat,

What's this about a "fluffy mop" ?? Sounds like some kind of fetish thing :D
