 Post subject: Help choosing pedals

Need help choosing pedals finding it surprisingly hard
Looking for somthing low-mid profile strong and clean looking. I have found theses but don't know wether to get them can someone tell me if theses are any good or recommend somthing similar Thank You

Id recommend clipless but it depends on the type of riding youre intending to use tham for :?

Wellgo do some nice magnesium pedals, especially if you get the Ti-axle'd ones...

You're best getting some SPD/clipless pedals (XT or Speedplay are best) and clipless shoes. As you're travelling to and from an orchard, it might be an idea to get dedicated SPD walking boots (they are available), or if that seems a bit overkill, try to get some green or red SPD shoes that match the apples (depends on varietal of course).

Whatever you do, don't bag a pair (pear?) of these puppies: it will be a total waste of 15 quid and the loss of pedalling efficiency you experience may well cause bitter pit, fireblight or blossom wilt. :wink:
