Klein facts - tell me about Rascal & pinnacle

Obviously the Attitudes & Adroits get all the coverage, but what is the difference between a Rascal & the Pinnacle?

Where do they fit in the pecking order? I am tempted by a 91(ish) Pinnacle.

Well besides the longer chainstays, the Pinnacle has vertical dropouts when the Rascal's have horizontal dropouts making them great for single speeds but also kind of a pain to get the rear wheel out until you get use to it..
 
So is it just the stay length & dropout design?

What headset dia are these? And was there a Klein stem/bar combo that fits these?
