As LGF says, loads of tasty early 90's parts on a 'not' early 90's frame. Frame looks to be from around the time they went from good to not good at all so might be nice but also might be turd. That's all I know.

It would be stripped quick smart. The rear wheel/disc combo is worth a bit and the paces if working a bit less, nice tyres/front wheel combo too. Look up tioga tension disc. The frame I'm not so sure about
