Gutted I was all set to do the Chichester Challenge MTB run in July but will be on holiday and miss it.

The main reason is my Zaskar's frame number says it was born in August 93 (94 model) so I really wanted to build it up and ride it to mark it's 20th birthday.

Anyone recommend something preferably not too mental (I'm not that fit) down South end of July or August to aim for.

18th August will see around 50 of this disreputable lot out on the Surrey Hills for the national ride.

failing that the Brighton Big Dog is the weekend before and that's a right giggle
