A few days ago my son left his BMX outside for the night. He parked it just underneath the gardenlights. The outcome was brilliant and gave me some inspiration! Got my 1994 M2 out and took this picture with my phone! Not too bad I might say!

Here's my entry for this month...

Good inspiration comes from a bad boy with an ugly bike!

The good: being back on the bike after about five weeks out of the saddle for a knee injury.
The bad: the pain still in my knee when I put too much pressure through it.
The ugly: my physio next week when he realises that I took a liberal approach to, 'a light five minute spin on the trainer'

The good - The Yorkshire National (ride of the year for me)
The bad - Trebz's Mrs's choice of first aid kit and camera bag for the weekend.
The ugly - I'm saying nothing.
