headset identification help

I've just bought a Kona Muni Mula frame off eBay. It came with headset cups pressed into the frame, but no bearings, crown race etc. I'd quite like to find the missing parts and use the existing cups if it would be economical to do so. I've attached a picture, could anyone help identify the model etc?

It's a Tange headset, but it's probably easiest to just buy a whole new headset. All you need to know is the size. I would guess 1 1/8 inch threadless and there are lots to choose from ranging from around £10.00 up to £100.00 for something like a Chris King.
