Looking at the F2 and F7 which we have brouchures for - its hard to tell as the sizes changed from 17", 19",21" at F2 to 16.5", 18",19" and 20.5" at F7.

What rigid fork a-c length is correct for an F6 - 420mm ala short RC31's ? or something shorter?

Or to ask it another way what length fork was used to generate the 71 degree head angle in the brochures?

I'm not sure about the various RC200's but the RC300 was designed around a 80mm RC39 or 440mm RC31 and I'd assume the later 200's were the same. I think the 420mm RC31 was for frames that were not designed for suspension and the 440mm was for frames designed for up to a 100mm suspension fork.
