Retro Newbie
Selling a friend's bikes, as he is moving to Australia. Just wondering what these were worth:

1991 Trek 2500 carbon/aluminium road bike frame - (brand new, in box)
1992 Trek Singletrack 990 complete mountain bike - (used, in good condition, with original ds2 fork)

Below are pictures of the bikes, (not the actual ones - but the same models)
If you are interested in buying, give me your email and i will notify you when they go on eBay!
Thanks in advance,
Alex

This post is in the wrong place.

There is a dedicated thread for this stuff

viewtopic.php?f=1&t=29681

You should have some respect for the forum and read about it before trying to make a fast buck

My guess is that stuff is worth somewhere near what someone pays for it

Badum tish

there is a thread in the very first reply giving you the correct place for valuations.

it keeps the forum tidy

otherwise slam them up on ebay at 99[ start and find out. We don't give cyclists a bad name lazyness gives human beings a bad name. I can't help anymore as my spoon appears to be broken.

You guys really dont give cyclists a good name!

Why would anyone part with any of their knowledge for someone who can't be arsed to read where things should be posted

And your question is just rooted in money. Not any need

AND you reveal your true colours with the above

I took the time to direct you to the correct thread

- I can see why your so terribly upset and anti cyclist crap is obviously the best way to express that
