Which would be the better fork for a '96 Orange P7 out of a Pace RC35 or a RC36? I've got a RC36 on the bike at the moment but I think I read somewhere that an RC35 has a shorter axle to crown length and is better suited to the geometry of this vintage P7 so was tempted to switch. Can anyone confirm, or otherwise, or have any thoughts please?

the last year of Rc35's was 96 - rc36's came out in 97.

Have a look on goatsurfer (google it) for a full pace forks timeline.
