And having sneered, I must admit I can relate to needing to carry stuff (much) more often than I get out on the hills

I love this, don't you love the contradiction, awesome bike & basket :shock: a biking housewives dream come true, well mine anyway, I can ride the trails while picking up some milk in the process, what's not to like :D

What's wrong with that?

At least it's being ridden which is more than I can say for a lot of bikes on this site!

Actually I agree, if you're only going to have one bike it might as well be a decent one. Just thought it was funny and if anything felt a bit sorry for it! ;-)

Did you have a quiet chat to the saddle and let it know " it happens to everyone " " perfectly normal" , " probably just the beer " etc etc :D
