What do you guys think:

Looks a bit dodgy to me.... It's on an RST Mozo pro. I can't find any info but I'm really not sure about riding it

No it doesn't look right at all. Get it fixed. Steerer needs to be fully pressed into the crown. The cir clip should be flush against the underside of the crown.

Picture works for me - looks like the steerer isn't pressed home fully.

You might manage to pull it in place using a length of pipe over the steerer and pulling the steerer in using a bolt through the star fangled nut.

Cheers guys. I've had a better look. Think it's been bodged

Might show it better.

I've got a 1 inch fork in the post. Another RST but I'm now thinking of going fully rigid...

Looks like someone has removed a 1 1/8 steerer and shimmed a 1 inch one in there to me.

I don't think I'm going to ride it. Although ugly I quite like my face as it is :)
