wow, what makes me wonder though is was it crashed first, locked up then abused? the fork bending back suggests a crash impact

Could be, but I bet the moron who did it didn't spot that and most of the bike could probably have been saved.

Never underestimate the capacity of a yob to do damage for absolutely no reason other than that he can!

I see that sort of thing a lot around Cardiff.
