A guess 19.5"/49.53cm - 20.5"/52.07cm :?

I'll go for 20.5"/52.07cm

What Rob says.
I work on the position of the brake bosses on the seat stays, roughly half way possibkly slightly closer to the top on a standard diamond frame with 26" wheels usually suggests about the 20" mark. Half way or closer to the bottom suggests greater than 20".
