XLite! All these years and I never knew they were British! Are they the only rims they made? Im am trying to keep the weight right down. Probably go with Shimano for the headset. Seen a ice grey pro headset. Should match the Pro Class crown too.
1" headsets - nothing has ever been made in the UK. Closest you will get is European - so Mavic, Stronglight, Primax, Rond, Campag etc... Hope is the only UK headset and it's not really retro.
Rims. Nothing's MADE in the UK but Halo. If it doesn't have to be retro.

Cool. Yea am not going for a 100% retro. British and weight. Oh and looks. Al probably get some stick but hey. I carnt wait till its done.

I believe your right retrobate. I think I will hunt for them. They going on a P7. Wonder what hole they are. Hope they match the hope.
