Chaps I've measured the seat tube on my alu team fox with a conventional and digital vernier

and it comes out between 26.6 and 26.8mm which may be due to some ovalisation( :shock: ) over the years :?:
I thought it should be 27.2 (31.8 outer and ally) but there's no way a 27.2 is going to fit!
Do I go for a 26.6 or an 26.8mm and does .2mm make a difference?
