Given the paint condition and lack of rigid fork the price is $1000 too high.
It's been on eBay for many months.
 
Not really... seller is known for not disclosing full info about bikes, mostly because he has no clue.

Parts are boring, condition so so, shipping costs astronomical, and yes no rigid fork!
 
Size is Klein small/19", one up from the smallest size they did being XS/18".
