Another Scamtree pickup in Western Australia today

I picked it up from a french backpacker who bought it from a bike recycling charity

Frame is 18" C-T with a 21.5" top tube. Is fillet brazed with tange prestige stickers on fork blade and seat tube. Forks appear original but seem to have an odd ahead adaptor with a crazy custom made steel ahead stem. No real decals to speak of.

Parts i presume are mostly original. both frame and forks have u-brake/rollercam bosses- rear suntour rollercam fitted with obviously non original U-brake on front

Brake levers are Suntour 4 finger repainted green :o Sealed Suntour hubs and Suntour XC Mechs with friction XC shifters

Obvious non original seatpost/stem

Anyone have an idea what it might be? :-)

Andy

Yeah, some close up pics of the frame would help.

Is that a U-brake on the rear?

ORT would have all the cables on the top tube and a seperate Hite-Rite mount, but it does look pretty similar.
