As the title says, looking for servicing info on 1995/6 risse air shocks inc how to tailor the damping using shim stacks.
Any help would be most greatfully received.

I can't help with the manual, but you could try contacting Risse direct.

Kevin Risse kevin@risseracing.com was great for servicing a 22yr old shock for me.
$80 US + post to Oregon. He was delighted to see it still in use...

All the best,

Search on here for Tazmon
The santa cruz uses risse shocks and there was a thread or 2 on rebuilding them. The OP knows how to do it and if you can find or contact him im sure he'll walk you through it.
