Yes. But not all hubs are the same. So no guarantee it will be right for your hub.

Thanks! I'm bidding on some fin de siecle wheels and am intending to use 9 speed components I already have.
I'm not sure whether the wheels are 8 or 9 speed freewheel, but since they're the same... :D
