The forks on the first one and the actual bike look a good match.
As does the rear hanger for the back brake(behind the seat qr)

So I guess we can say its either a Alan made frame possibly a British eagle pro carbon?
Or a frame purchased then built to this spec.

I think i'll try and get round there and get some photos done with a bit of list of what's on this bike - just can't see well enough from the photos I've got.

From what I know, this was bought stock from a local shop many moons ago - early 90's I think - and £800 was the princely sum paid.

Lot of money BITD, especially with a recession on the horizon!

The Lotus Sport bikes were also made by British Eagle. That Pro Carbon looks really nice BTW 8)

I think the first pic of the British eagle was GT Steves bike? I might be wrong

That's Steve's bike indeed.

I'd be interested in the red one, but unfortunately it's much too big (either that or I'm too small).
