Looks kind of like Tri-Align but as Vs.

it's off this Ibis Bow Ti that's on ebay. seller claims it's Avid Ultimate???

Really nice Bow Ti, good thing it's not my size. Price is out of my range too!

Avid Tri-Align.
Very nice Vs. Same set up as the Tri-Align cantis (there's a manual on here somewhere). They have grease ports :) Setting the return-spring tension is a bit of a pain and you need a pedal spanner/biggish spanner to set it.
Don't over tighten the clamping bolts.

Yep, Tri-Align 3. Very nice brakes, I've been after some for ages :)
