i have sent a few bikes to europe including spain with parcel2go, but you will need to send wheels and frame seperate, anything over 110cm seems to put parcel to go off.
you are still going to be looking at around £50 to get the two boxes shipped though

using 12kg and 110 x 70 x 20 its coming in at 26.99 without the vat for one parcel, so it has gone up a bit. the weight is not the issue it seems
i tried using 100 x 100 x 20 and it wouldnt have it at all,
90 x 90 x 20 was £44 quid
where as 90 x 80 x 20 was again 26.99
but being creative with your packaging, and within reason the dimensions you provide to p2go you should get both boxes sent
