Retro full sus...what would you get??

So for your opinion and deliberation...what full suspension frame would you recommend or have owned and can give an opinion on? Not looking at anything super pricey...obviously pre 1997 with preferrably a canti brake option...so what are my options...who made full sus back then? Specialized? Proflex? Marin? What were reliable and easy to maintain and did the job!

Interested to hear peoples opinions...

i also loved my gt lts dh. it was pretty light compared with modern dh tanks!

Ok not really up on GT's so there is the LTS and RTS anyone care to give me a lesson in the GT heirachy in terms of there full sus?
 
Marin Mount Vision - I would go back to one in a shot. Others say they were flexi but I had a later swing arm and found it an excellent all round for its day.

Well Mr Cheese that fits in with my love of Marins! But I have heard just that flexy with the tubular rear swingarm...
