or a lockring spanner:

I need most of the measurements actually, please!
Maximum and minimum thickness,
Outside diameter,
Slot width and depth,
The threaded area I don't need any measurements from!

Stupid question but why do you need it? Any lock ring should fit as long the shell diameter is the same.
